BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
Face to face meetings to ensure the design of your wedding is exactly as you want it to be
We attend all possible site visits and visits to the local area
Guestlist management – to include a bespoke RSVP email address and guest management for all accommodation
Liaison with all suppliers for production, sound, lighting and any technical requirements
Produce a detailed running order to cover all days of the wedding
Detailed line by line budget, updated on a regular basis with specifics
Detailed table plan, constantly updated as the wedding progresses
Booking of talent/entertainment
DURING YOUR WEDDING
We are on-site personally making sure everything runs as it has been planned
We’re on hand for any last-minute special requests
We make sure timings run as they should
We make sure all your guests are where they should be at the appropriate times
We ensure that there is adequate security so as to avoid any unwanted guests
We keep track of all of the food and drink and make sure that every plate of food is up to the standards we expect and that the wine continues to flow
We make sure that the entertainers and performers are on hand as scheduled.
We do all of this unobtrusively, in the background. We’re there to make sure you can just enjoy your day.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
We organise and oversee any additional events you would like for family and friends.
As the main point of contact for all guests, we make sure everyone gets home safely.
We are on-site to make sure that the site is broken down correctly and that all suppliers leave in an orderly, timely and respectful fashion.
We personally check that the venue is returned to its original state.
We’re on hand to return all lost property to its rightful owner.
So that the moment can live on with you, we collate and distribute all photos and videos of the wedding and make them available to your guests should you so wish.
