OUR PROCESS
We know that enjoying the process of planning your wedding is as important as enjoying the day itself. We limit the number of weddings we do in a year to ensure we give each bride and groom the personal care and attention we would want for ourselves.
Each event is different and we pride ourselves on starting with a blank sheet of paper every time. We challenge ourselves to make sure that the only elements of your wedding that are recognisably ‘GSP’ are the creativity, the quality and the fun.
BEFORE YOUR WEDDING
Face-to-face meetings to ensure the design of your wedding is exactly as you want it to be
We attend all possible site visits and visits to the local area
Guestlist management – to include a bespoke RSVP email address and guest management for all accommodation
Liaison with all suppliers for production, sound, lighting and any technical requirements
Produce a detailed running order to cover all days of the wedding
Detailed line-by-line budget, updated on a regular basis with specifics
Detailed table plan, constantly updated as the wedding progresses
Booking of talent/entertainment.
DURING YOUR WEDDING
We are on-site personally making sure everything runs as it has been planned
We are on hand for any last-minute special requests
We make sure timings run as they should
We make sure all your guests are where they should be at the appropriate times
We ensure that there is adequate security for privacy and to avoid any unwanted guests
We keep track of all dining and catering services to meet the standards we expect while also ensuring the dietary needs of your guests
We make sure that your wedding entertainers and performers are on hand as scheduled
Our dedicated team does all of this unobtrusively, in the background, so you can leave worries behind and enjoy the big day.
AFTER YOUR WEDDING
We organise and oversee any additional parties and celebrations you would like for family and friends
As the main point of contact for all guests, we make sure everyone gets home safely
We stay on-site to ensure everything is taken down correctly, and that suppliers leave in a timely, respectful and orderly manner
We personally check that the venue is returned to its original state
We are on hand to return all lost property to its rightful owner
To preserve this special moment, we can collate all the photos and videos of your wedding and distribute them to family members, friends, and guests should you wish to.
